How does the postcard campaign work and how long are offers available?

We partner with local businesses to complete each postcard and create a shared community mailer. Once the postcard is complete, it’s sent to print and delivered throughout the selected community. Campaign details, including estimated reach and timing, are provided before your placement is finalized.

Community Postcards are designed to extend your visibility beyond the mailbox and provide local exposure. Each featured offer can be redeemed using either the physical postcard or the digital postcard experience.

The digital postcard experience is available for approximately 60 days following mailbox delivery. During this time, customers can discover participating businesses and access their offers online. Offers on the physical postcard do not have an expiration date.

If you'd like to track offer redemptions, you can choose your own optional redemption code and track its use through your POS system or other tracking methods.

How much space does my business get on the postcard?

Your placement size depends on the postcard format and campaign size selected. We’ll provide the ad space details before you reserve your spot, so you’ll know exactly what’s included for your business.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. We offer flexible postcard placement options based on your needs. Whether you choose a single postcard placement or a multi-postcard package, you’ll know exactly what’s included before moving forward.

What do I need to provide for my postcard ad?

Once your spot is reserved, you’ll provide your business information, logo (if available), and any offers/details you’d like on your ad. We’ll let you know exactly what information we need and how to send it over. Prefer to create your own ad? You’re welcome to provide your own print-ready design instead.
